What you'll be doing: You'll be the first voice our customer hear during critical situations - handling motor breakdowns, lost luggage and medical emergencies Your calm and confident presence will reassure and support them, helping to find solutions in stressful moments. With expert training and a supportive team, each call is an opportunity to make a positive impact Working Hours: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 9 pm) or 4 on 4 off basis (10-hour shifts) Part-time hours considered, discussed with the recruitment team Intake Dates: XXXX Induction & Training: 5 weeks of comprehensive training provided Part-time employees must complete training on full-time hours. You can expect to receive: Full-time salary: £20,020 + up to 10% shift allowance (total potential package up to £22,022). Cross-skill allowance of £2,000 after completing training in all 3 departments.
