VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Au sein du département Service Clients Prévention, nos juristes accompagnent les clients particuliers ou professionnels en application des garanties issues d’un contrat de Protection Juridique et ce afin de répondre à leurs problématiques spécifiques dans divers domaines de droit (droit des contrats, baux commerciaux (défense commerciale) et d’habitation, droit de la consommation etc.) Votre rôle au quotidien : Aider nos clients en leur fournissant de l’information juridique par téléphone Les accompagner et les guider dans les premières démarches à effectuer Les renseigner sur leurs garanties contractuelles Leur offrir une réelle expertise juridique et une plus-value Réaliser des recherches juridiques sur le domaine du droit concerné par le litige Résoudre des cas pratiques sur divers domaines de droit au quotidien. VOTRE PROFIL Dynamique, Rigoureux, doté(e) d’un esprit de synthèse et d’adaptation, titulaire d’un M2 en Droit Privé, Droit des Affaires… Vous êtes notre candidat(e) !!
