Axel Lenaerts Makelaars is een vaste waarde in Oost-Vlaanderen, met kantoren in Destelbergen, Gent, Sint-Niklaas en Oudenaarde. We leggen de nadruk op premium residentieel vastgoed en nieuwbouwprojecten, Een belangrijke tak is de verhuur en het rentmeesterschap. Onze kracht? Een persoonlijke aanpak en een sterke lokale aanwezigheid in elke regio waarin we actief zijn.

Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken we een rentmeester / property manager voor een overkoepelende functie, met focus op de regio Groot Gent.

Als property manager binnen onze rentmeesterportefeuille ligt je focus op het financiële, administratieve en technische beheer van de eigendommen. Je communiceert vlot met de verhuurders, huurders en eventuele technische ploegen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van het volledige verhuurproces
  • Opvolging van huurcontracten en huurdersdossiers
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van huurders en eigenaars
  • Opvolgen van herstellingen en technische problemen in overleg met leveranciers
  • Contact met aannemers, leveranciers en externe partners
  • Administratieve verwerking en correcte opvolging van beheerdossiers
  • Controle op betalingen en algemene opvolging van verhuurdossiers

We zoeken een gedreven collega die gestructureerd, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht werkt. Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer situaties uitdagend worden en haalt voldoening uit het vinden van oplossingen. Trekt het beheer en probleemoplossend denken jou aan? Dan hebben we een coole job als property manager in de aanbieding.

  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk, ook in moeilijke gesprekken
  • Stressbestendig en professioneel in de omgang met klachten en ontevreden klanten
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht, met een hands-onmentaliteit
  • Je werkt graag in een gevarieerde, servicegerichte functie
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten stellen
  • Interesse in vastgoed – vastgoedbeheer of financieel management. Een achtergrond in boekhouden kan hierbij een pluspunt zijn
  • Je kan zelfstandig én in teamverband kan werken
