Stellenbeschreibung

  • du entwickelst unsere Plattform-, Kanal- und Formatstrategie weiter und verantwortest die Umsetzung redaktioneller Projekte und Serien des Ressorts auf YouTube, Instagram und weiteren Social-Media-Plattformen
  • du beobachtest Plattformtrends sowie Algorithmus- und Nutzungs-Veränderungen, woraus du Empfehlungen für plattformspezifische Formate und Standards ableitest
  • du bringst Reichweiten-, Plattform- und Monetarisierungspotenziale bereits in die Entwicklung neuer Formate und Projekte ein
  • du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Redaktion, Produktion und Vermarktung Konzepte für Werbeintegrationen, Product Placements und weitere Erlösmodelle
  • du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung des Redaktionsteams und entwickelst Team und Themen weiter
  • du managest verschiedene interne und externe Stakeholder, Distributionswege und Partnerschaften
  • du baust die Nutzung unsererer KI-Werkzeuge aus und du behältst Strategie, Redaktionsziele und wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen im Blick

Qualifikationen

  • deine mehrjährige Erfahrung in Social, Video-Produktion, digitalen Medien, Plattformstrategie, Content-Entwicklung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld zeichnet dich aus
  • mit Longform-, Shortform- und Hochkantformaten bist du versiert, und die wachsende Bedeutung von Video-Podcasts begeistert dich
  • YouTube, Instagram und TikTok kennst du in der Tiefe, inklusive Algorithmen, Empfehlungssystemen, Trends und Nutzerverhalten
  • dein Gespür für Sportthemen, Fußball und digitales Storytelling verbindest du mit deinem Know-How für Monetarisierung, Werbeintegrationen, Product Placements und Lizenzcontent
  • mit Teamspirit, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität gibst du gemeinsam im Team Vollgas und denkst dabei strategisch
  • du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools und setzt diese sicher und effizient im Arbeitsalltag ein
  • du vertrittst deine Empfehlungen engagiert und bist kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch
