Axia Recruitment are proud to be exclusively partnering with a local family-owned business that has been producing the finest quality smallgoods, including ham products, since 1965.

We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Assistant to support this growing business in an exciting full-time role based in the Somerset office, with the potential for growth into a commission-based sales position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones a couple of days a week.
  • Actively chase new customers and drive new business opportunities.
  • Utilise Pipedrive CRM to generate leads and track sales activities.
  • Set up initial meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Grow into a commission-based sales role.

Ideal Candidate We are seeking a young, energetic, and driven individual to complement the team. If you have experience in fast-paced sales environments (such as retail or automotive sales) and enjoy cold-calling and business outreach, this could be the perfect role for you.

What Were Looking For

  • Energetic and proactive in generating new business leads.
  • Strong cold-calling and email outreach skills.
  • Experience in sales environments is beneficial, but attitude and persistence are key.

Salary & Benefits
