Als Senior System Engineer speel je een sleutelrol binnen uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten. Je adviseert klanten, neemt technische verantwoordelijkheid op en ondersteunt collega's met jouw expertise.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Senior System Engineer ben je betrokken bij het volledige traject: van design en implementatie tot beheer en optimalisatie.

Je zal onder andere:

  • Het ontwerp, beheer en de beveiliging van IT-infrastructuren voor onze industriële klanten verzorgen.
  • Technische verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen infrastructuur- en transformatieprojecten.
  • Klanten adviseren rond moderne infrastructuurarchitecturen en best practices binnen OT.
  • Complexe incidenten analyseren en oplossen.
  • Junior en medior collega's begeleiden en coachen.
  • Daarnaast werk je dagelijks met technologieën zoals: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Enterprise Networking, Firewalls en nog veel

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren infrastructuurspecialist die energie haalt uit technische uitdagingen, kennisdeling en innovatie.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als System Engineer.
  • Sterke kennis van Windows Server-omgevingen.
  • Grondige ervaring met Active Directory en identity management.
  • Goede kennis van virtualisatieplatformen zoals VMware vCenter/ESXi en Hyper-V.
  • Sterke networking skills (switching, routing, VLAN's, VPN, WiFi...).
  • Uitgebreide kennis van back-up oplossingen en monitoring systemen.
  • Ervaring met firewallbeheer en cybersecurity-oplossingen.
  • Een analytische mindset en een passie voor troubleshooting.
  • Kennis van industriële omgevingen en automation is een plus
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
