Business Project Manager

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join an international project within the financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic projects. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to process harmonization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong project management and business transformation experience who enjoy leading initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and delivering measurable business value in a dynamic and international environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Lead and coordinate business transformation and process improvement initiatives;
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational processes;
  • Drive continuous improvement programs aligned with business objectives;
  • Establish, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines;
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify process enhancement opportunities;
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess process effectiveness and support decision-making;
  • Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and delivery;
  • Ensure project objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations are met;
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, training sessions, and working groups;
  • Support change management initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement;
  • Analyze operational data and business feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Provide guidance and expertise to operational teams regarding processes and methodologies;
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when required;
  • Support business teams in the adoption of new processes and project outcomes.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Business Project Management, Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar roles;
  • Proven experience leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks;
  • Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes;
  • Ability to monitor KPIs and use data to support business decisions;
  • Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities;
  • Experience within financial services environments is considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
