Suporte Aplicacional

O que estamos à procura:

Procuramos um profissional para integrar a equipa de Suporte Aplicacional, responsável pelo suporte de 2.ª e 3.ª linha, monitorização de serviços e resolução de incidentes. Valorizamos experiência em ambientes Unix/Linux, conhecimentos de SQL/MySQL, scripting e APIs REST. Procuramos uma pessoa com forte capacidade analítica, espírito de equipa e foco na melhoria contínua dos processos e da qualidade do serviço.

O que vais fazer no dia-a-dia:

  • Suporte aplicacional de 2ª e 3ª linha
  • Conhecer os procedimentos e participar no processo de automação de tarefas
  • Gestão, monitorização e controlo dos níveis de serviço
  • Identificação de problemas e na implementação de soluções de monitorização para controlo do serviço.
  • Comunicação com as equipas Técnicas/Funcionais
  • Construção e atualização de documentação e materiais de apoio ao suporte dos serviços
  • Análise, documentação e melhoria dos processos e ferramentas internas.
  • Análise e resolução incidentes e problemas
  • Suporte Aplicacional em horário laboral, com regime de prevenção noturna alternada com restantes elementos da equipa.
  • Desenvolvimento de ferramentas e processos no âmbito da gestão de serviço

As tuas principais competências:

  • Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos e suporte aplicacional 2ª e 3ª Linha
  • Forte componente de análise funcional
  • Conhecimentos de SQL/MYSQL
  • Linguagens de scripting (ex: KSH/Bash; Python; Perl)
  • Conhecimentos de redes ethernet (TCP/IP)
  • Conhecimentos de REST APIs.
  • Utilização de sistemas operativos UNIX/Linux
