Datacenter & Private Cloud Team Leader

O que estamos à procura?

Procuramos um profissional responsável por garantir a gestão, disponibilidade e evolução da infraestrutura de datacenter, assegurando elevados níveis de desempenho, segurança e continuidade dos serviços tecnológicos. Terá um papel central na administração de plataformas de redes, virtualização, storage e backup, liderando equipas técnicas e promovendo a implementação de boas práticas operacionais, melhoria contínua e inovação, de forma a assegurar ambientes de elevada disponibilidade e alinhados com os níveis de serviço definidos.

O que vais fazer no dia-a-dia?

  • Gestão de datacenter e infraestrutura física (racks, energia, climatização, segurança);
  • Garantir disponibilidade e performance de redes LAN/WAN;
  • Administração de plataformas de virtualização (VMware, Hyper-V) e sistemas de storage (SAN/NAS);
  • Definição estratégias de backup e recuperação de desastres;
  • Assegurar segurança operacional (firewalls, IDS/IPS);
  • Liderança e desenvolvimento da equipa técnica, promovendo colaboração e melhoria contínua:
  • Monitorização de serviços, gerir incidentes e mudanças (ITIL):
  • Identificação de oportunidades de otimização e inovação tecnológica.

As tuas principais competências

  • Fortes conhecimentos técnicos em diversas áreas como Redes (Cisco, Fortinet ou similar), Virtualização (VMware e Hyper-V), Storage (Dell, Huawey, SAN Switching), Backup (Dell, Avamar e Veeam) e Sistemas Operativos (Linux/Windows Server);
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em redes, virtualização, storage, backup e sistemas operativos;
  • Experiência em ambientes complexos e de alta disponibilidade;
  • Familiaridade com ITIL e foco em SLAs.

As tuas principais qualificações

  • Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Gestão de Sistemas de Informação ou área similar;
  • Valorizamos certificações (VMware, Cisco, ITIL) e conhecimentos de automação/scripting.
