Network Delivery Consultant

O que estamos à procura

Procuramos profissional responsável por monitorizar e controlar a execução de projetos na área das telecomunicações.

O que vais fazer no dia-a-dia

  • Apoiar na definição, planeamento e implementação de soluções empresariais à medida.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de pré-venda para garantir a viabilidade e alinhamento das propostas.
  • Acompanhar projetos desde a fase de conceção até à entrega ao cliente.
  • Assegurar a coordenação entre stakeholders internos (equipas técnicas, comerciais, operações).
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de entrega de soluções.
  • Monitorizar progresso, riscos e prazos das implementações.
  • Garantir elevados níveis de satisfação do cliente ao longo de todo o ciclo do projeto.

As tuas principais competências

  • Capacidade de coordenação e gestão de múltiplos projetos em simultâneo.
  • Forte orientação para o cliente e para a entrega de resultados.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Pensamento analítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
  • Facilidade em gerir e influenciar diferentes stakeholders.
  • Elevado sentido de organização e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Espírito de equipa e colaboração.

As tuas principais qualificações

  • Experiência em funções de pré-venda, gestão de projetos, PMO ou delivery de soluções tecnológicas.
  • Conhecimento de soluções empresariais customizadas, nomeadamente ICT, Cloud, Redes, Cybersecurity ou Soluções Digitais.
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias de gestão de projetos (Waterfall, Agile ou híbridas).
  • Capacidade de análise de requisitos e acompanhamento de implementações tecnológicas.
  • Certificações em gestão de projetos (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) serão valorizadas.
