Full Stack Developer

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving enterprise-scale applications, ensuring the alignment between business requirements, technical architecture, and development best practices. You will contribute to the modernization of existing platforms, support cloud transformation initiatives, and play a key role in guiding development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, enjoy working on complex enterprise environments, and are passionate about building modern, scalable, and secure solutions.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Analyze legacy applications and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization
  • Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using modern development frameworks and architectures
  • Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and microservices
  • Contribute to cloud migration and application transformation initiatives
  • Ensure application quality through testing, integration, and continuous delivery practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system stability and performance
  • Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote development best practices, code quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
  • Help create a collaborative and innovative development culture

Your Main Qualifications

  • More than 8 years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong experience in Java development and enterprise application design
  • Expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Hibernate, JUnit, and modern Java development practices
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and SOAP Web Services
  • Solid experience with frontend technologies, including Vue.js, JSF, PrimeFaces, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments
  • Experience participating in cloud migration and modernization projects
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes
  • Experience with development and DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, SonarQube, and JBoss
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, integration, and security principles
  • Experience analyzing and maintaining complex enterprise applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
