SAP Functional Consultant (O2C / P2P / Supply Chain / R2R)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced ERP Functional Consultants to join a large-scale ERP transformation program. You will contribute to the design and implementation of new business process capabilities, supporting the evolution of an ongoing transformation initiative. We are seeking professionals with a strong functional background, capable of providing valuable business insights, coordinating stakeholders and teams, and driving successful project outcomes within complex environments.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Participate in the functional design and evolution of an ERP transformation program.
  • Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
  • Provide expert recommendations and inputs to improve business processes and system capabilities.
  • Coordinate activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Support planning, delivery, and governance activities, leveraging project management best practices.

Your Key Skills

  • Strong functional expertise in ERP environments.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and facilitation capabilities.
  • Project management mindset with experience supporting complex initiatives.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Around 10 years of professional experience in ERP-related projects.
  • Proven experience in functional consulting roles within large transformation programs.
  • Experience in one of the following domains: Order-to-Cash (O2C / SD), Procure-to-Pay (P2P / FICO / AP), Supply Chain (MM / Retail) or Record-to-Report (R2R / EPM / FICO / PS).
  • Experience coordinating teams and contributing to project delivery activities.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
