SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT O que estamos à procura Procuramos um(a) profissional com experiência em Software Asset Management (SAM), responsável pela gestão do ciclo de vida das licenças e ativos de software, assegurando a conformidade, otimização de custos e eficiência na utilização dos recursos tecnológicos. Esta função exige uma forte capacidade analítica, visão financeira e conhecimento das melhores práticas de licenciamento de software, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão através de análises e

O que vais fazer no dia-a-dia

  • Gerir o ciclo de vida das licenças e ativos de software;
  • Acompanhar licenças adquiridas, atribuídas, instaladas e efetivamente utilizadas, identificando divergências e oportunidades de otimização;
  • Apoiar a recolha de evidências para análises de compliance e Effective License Position (ELP);
  • Identificar licenças ociosas, subutilizadas ou inadequadas ao perfil de utilização dos utilizadores;
  • Propor ações de reharvesting, downgrade, reutilização e otimização de licenças, promovendo a eficiência financeira;
  • Monitorizar alterações nos modelos e métricas de licenciamento dos principais fabricantes de software;
  • Apoiar processos de renovação, contratação, true-up/true-down e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Colaborar em auditorias e processos de compliance conduzidos por fabricantes de software.

As tuas principais competências

  • Forte capacidade analítica e investigativa;
  • Facilidade em trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados e identificar inconsistências;
  • Visão financeira orientada para a otimização de custos;
  • Capacidade de interpretar contratos e regras complexas de licenciamento;
  • Organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação com interlocutores técnicos, financeiros e de negócio;
  • Proatividade na identificação de riscos e oportunidades;
  • Capacidade de transformar análises técnicas em recomendações executivas orientadas para a tomada de decisão.

As tuas principais qualificações

  • Experiência profissional superior a 5 anos em Software Asset Management (SAM);
  • Conhecimento dos processos de gestão de ativos e licenciamento de software;
  • Experiência em análises de compliance e Effective License Position (ELP);
  • Experiência na gestão e otimização de licenciamento junto dos principais fabricantes do mercado;
  • Experiência em auditorias de software e processos de conformidade;
  • Inglês fluente.
