OPERATIONS ANALYST What We Are Looking For We are looking for an Operations Analyst with experience in financial markets and derivatives pricing to support operational activities related to Exotic Derivatives. The professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing processes, maintaining strong operational controls, mitigating risks, and contributing to the efficiency and reliability of critical production workflows.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Perform pricing activities for Exotic Derivatives.
  • Monitor and apply operational controls to minimize operational and fraud risks.
  • Escalate identified issues to management and relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining low levels of financial, reputational, regulatory, and legal risk.
  • Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Skills

  • Knowledge of Financial Markets, OTC Derivatives, and Swap Lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Risk awareness and control mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Problem-solving capabilities.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Professional experience in operations, financial markets, or derivatives-related activities.
  • Understanding of Exotic Derivatives pricing processes.
  • Intermediate seniority level with recognized expertise in the field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
