Als Administratief Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bied je uitstekende service. Je stelt offertes en polissen op, beheert klantdossiers en onderhoudt contact met zowel klanten als verzekeringsmaatschappijen. Met jouw proactieve houding en oog voor detail zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van transacties. Sluit je aan bij een dynamisch team dat jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling stimuleert met goede begeleiding en aantrekkelijke voordelen. Grijp nu je kans en solliciteer!

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als op locatie;
  • Jij biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse transacties en zorgt voor een uitstekende service;
  • Jij stelt offertes en verzekeringspolissen op die de beste voorwaarden garanderen;
  • Jij beheert en actualiseert klantdossiers om een soepel verloop te waarborgen;
  • Jij onderhoudt contact met klanten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen;
  • Jij plant zelfstandig, werkt nauwkeurig en haalt deadlines moeiteloos.
  • Beschikt over minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring in de verzekeringssector;
  • Woont in de nabijheid van de werkplek;
  • Is uitstekend in het leveren van klantgerichte service en streeft naar een persoonlijke benadering;
  • Werkt proactief, heeft aandacht voor details en is gefocust op het behalen van hoge kwaliteit;
  • Heeft een passie voor verzekeringen en is gemotiveerd om maatgericht advies aan klanten te geven.
