Flex Power Modules söker en engagerad PCB-konstruktör till vårt R&D-team i Kalmar. I denna roll kommer du att vara med och utveckla nästa generations kraftlösningar för molntjänster, AI och datacenterinfrastruktur, med fokus på avancerad DC/DC-konvertering och kraftelektronik. Du kommer att ingå i vårt PCB-designteam som stödjer produktutvecklingsorganisationen för att skapa högpresterande PCB-lösningar. PCB-utveckling är en iterativ process där ett nära samarbete mellan elektronik-, mekanik- och simuleringsingenjörer är avgörande för att uppnå en optimal balans mellan elektrisk prestanda, termisk hantering och tillverkningsbarhet. Som en del av vår agila och samarbetsorienterade utvecklingsmiljö får du möjlighet att påverka både produktutvecklingen och våra designmetoder. Vi utforskar kontinuerligt nya PCB-teknologier och metoder för att möta utmaningarna som följer med ökande effektnivåer, högre strömtätheter och växande produktkomplexitet. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Design av flerskikts-PCB:er för avancerade kraftomvandlingsprodukter. Nära samarbete med elektronik-, mekanik- och simuleringsingenjörer genom hela produktutvecklingscykeln. Optimera PCB-layouter avseende elektrisk prestanda, värmehantering och tillverkningsbarhet. Utveckla och underhålla komponentfootprints samt PCB-designbibliotek. Bidra till utveckling och förbättring av designregler, bästa praxis och arbetssätt. Delta i utvärdering av nya teknologier och bidra till införandet av nya PCB-designmetoder och tillverkningstekniker.

Kvalifikationer Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom elektronik eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet. God erfarenhet av PCB-konstruktion. Erfarenhet av Cadence Allegro PCB Designer. Stark samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga med vana att arbeta i tvärfunktionella utvecklingsteam. Flytande engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter Konstruktion av komplexa flerskikts- och HDI-kort samt BGA-baserade konstruktioner. PCB-design för kraftelektronik och högströmsapplikationer. Framtagning av komponentfootprints samt utveckling och underhåll av bibliotek. Kunskap inom Design for Manufacturability (DFM) och Design for Assembly (DFA). Förståelse för signalintegritet (SI) och strömförsörjningsintegritet (PI). Förståelse för kraftomvandlartopologier och deras elektriska egenskaper.
