Techniker\*in für den technischen Kundendienst (intern)

Arbeitsort: Biel/Bienne \| Pensum: 80–100 % \| Stellenantritt: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Sie interessieren sich für technische Maschinen und Systeme, analysieren gerne Störungen und finden praktische Lösungen? Dann möchten wir Sie gerne kennenlernen!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technischer Support per Telefon, E\-Mail sowie über Fernwartungs\- und Fernzugriffssoftware
  • Analyse technischer Probleme unserer Kunden und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungen
  • Wartung und Reparatur von Nadelpräge\- und Markiersystemen sowie weiterer Produkttypen in unserer Werkstatt
  • Verkabelung und Parametrierung von Rundschalttischen
  • Kalibrierung von Servopressen
  • Durchführung verschiedener Materialtests und Funktionskontrollen

Ihr Profil

  • Grundausbildung als Automatiker/in, Elektromechaniker/in oder eine ähnliche Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Analytische Denkweise, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und praktisches Geschick bei der Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Tools und technischen Dokumentationen
