Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Perform automated, functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Validate data accuracy across databases, flat files, and data pipelines
  • Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation
  • Test ETL and data pipeline processes
  • Validate campaign outputs and data quality
  • Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified issues
  • Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve defects
  • Prepare test results and provide quality status updates
  • Support MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization activities required. Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and defect status
  • Ensure alignment with Agile practices and development standards

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Data Testing
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing test cases to validate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end system requirements.
  • Proven expertise in data validation and reconciliation, including SQL-based testing, flat-file validation, and ETL/data pipeline testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, defect management, and root cause analysis, with the ability to track issues through to resolution.
  • Experience validating campaign outputs and performing data quality assurance to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support high-quality software releases.
