Als Senior Projektleiter/in übernimmst du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Telekommunikation und ICT – in einem Team, das Vielfalt und Eigenverantwortung lebt.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Zeit, Kosten, Qualität und Risikomanagement – von der Offertstellung bis zur Projektabnahme
  • Du analysierst und konkretisierst Projektideen und -vorgaben und erstellst Projektanträge mit Zielen, Ressourcen und Projektplan
  • Du organisierst und führst Projektteams auf dem Weg zu einer effizienten Zielerreichung
  • Du unterstützt die Bid-Phase massgeblich und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Operations sowie Produkt- und Service-Management
  • Du stellst die Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern sicher und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kundinnen und Kunden in der Realisierungsphase
  • Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement-Prozesse und gibst dein Know-how u.a. durch Coaching und Schulungen an das Team weiter

Profil & Anforderungen

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise inklusive Führung grösserer, komplexer, multidisziplinärer Projekte
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikation ist von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt ICT oder Security oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. HERMES, PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) ist von Vorteil – oder du bist bereit, diese zu erwerben
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Du kommunizierst stark und überzeugend, arbeitest selbstständig und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
