岗位职责

作为高频交易生产工程师（HFT Production Engineer），您将与开发、研究及交易团队紧密合作，保障全球交易系统的稳定运行，负责高频交易策略及相关系统的生产部署、运行保障与持续优化，重点关注行情与交易链路、低延迟运行及生产稳定性。您的主要职责包括：

  • 实盘运营与监控：负责盘前检查、盘中运行保障及盘后核查，关注策略运行、持仓、交易限额及行情与交易链路状态。
  • 事故响应与问题排查：处理生产异常，重点排查交易链路延迟异常，协调内部团队及经纪商、交易所等外部合作方，开展根因分析与事后复盘，持续完善系统可靠性及运行手册（runbook）。
  • 策略部署与变更管理：支持策略及系统上线，完成版本与参数校验、部署验证及回滚，并按预案及授权执行生产应急操作。
  • 监控自动化建设：开发和维护监控、告警及运维工具，跟踪交易链路延迟和关键运行指标，提升系统可观测性与运维效率。
  • 高频交易系统支持：参与行情与交易接口的联调及故障排查，协同开发团队解决网络、性能及系统运行问题。

岗位要求

  • 具备两年及以上高频交易实盘生产运维（HFT ProdOps）经验，独立承担过策略部署、生产支持及故障处置，并具有交易链路延迟异常的排查经验。
  • 计算机科学、工程、金融数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 熟悉 Linux、网络及操作系统基础，理解行情与交易接入的基本机制，具备脚本编写及工具维护能力。
  • 具备良好的问题分析、沟通协作及跨团队推进能力，能够在生产压力下快速响应并妥善处理问题。
  • 责任心强、注重细节，具备良好的风险意识。

加分项

  • 熟悉经纪商接口、交易所规则、行情接入及交易接口联调。
  • 熟悉监控告警、自动化部署及运维工具，具有相关建设经验。
  • 具备 Rust、Shell 开发经验，或有网络性能分析、TCP/UDP、组播等相关实践。
  • 熟悉 FPGA 加速交易系统架构，具备相关组件调试、联调或故障排查经验。
  • 熟悉 Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 编程工具，并能将其用于提升开发与运维效率。
