What Will You Do?

  • Provide day-to-day human resources support to employees and managers, including employee relations, leadership support, employee experience, inclusive culture, and policy administration.

  • Lead interviewing and hiring for Contact Center employees, including partnering with Talent Acquisition and external staffing agencies as appropriate.
  • Coordinate onboarding for all new hires in Frisco and Scottsdale in collaboration with the U.S. HR team.
  • Partner with managers and the HR and Compensation teams to maintain job descriptions, review market compensation and internal equity, and establish salary ranges by title and location.
  • Conduct and document employee relations investigations, recommend appropriate resolutions, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain relevant communication channels and trackers, and coordinate new-hire and termination updates with Talent Acquisition and other partners.
  • Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS, payroll, and related systems; research errors, resolve integration issues, complete data uploads, and support two payroll cycles.
  • Conduct exit interviews, monitor the employee experience, analyze engagement and workforce data, and help leaders execute action plans that improve engagement and retention.
  • Partner with the HR and Benefits teams on program implementation, leave administration, open enrollment, and resolution of employee questions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, Texas, Arizona, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, IT, Payroll, and Operations on change management, communications, training, and implementation plans for HR and payroll processes and systems.
  • Pull and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, inform recommendations, and keep leadership apprised of areas that may require action.
  • Travel periodically between the Frisco and Scottsdale offices as business needs require.

What Will You Bring?

  • 5+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, culture, performance management, and onboarding.
  • Previous experience supporting a Contact Center environment is required.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, employee data, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, Texas, Arizona, and local employment and leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC requirements, and Title VII.
  • Experience advising and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including the ability to translate workforce data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent employee relations, investigation, conflict-resolution, documentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with urgency, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is also preferred.
  • Experience in a technology, entertainment, ticketing, or similarly fast-paced organization is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
