APAC Solution Architect, UKG PRO WFM  Reporting into a Team Manager, the Architect plays a leadership role in guiding clients and Axsium project team members through implementation and customization of their Workforce Management (WFM) strategy.  Architects participate in leading and guiding internal project teams throughout all phases of a client engagement.   This is a remote position based in environment  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProject deliveryLead and guide clients and Axsium team through all project phases to make informed decisions with the following project deliverables:Provide deep domain expertise to oversee functional or technical approach, tasks, and deliverables on a projectLead and guide clients to desired outcome based on customer business needs for complex requirements and/or processes utilizing best practicesDemonstrate broad domain expertise and understanding of client’s business challenges to design robust solutionsReview and lead client-facing presentations on complex subjectsMaster Axsium tools, systems, and methodology, whether internal or external, demonstrated through selection, use, giving guidance to others internal or external, and adapting the tools as neededDevelop continuous improvement of approach, deliverables, and processesGuide Specialists and Consultants on the project to ensure quality deliverablesEnsure quality of configuration tasks, project documentation, and all other deliverables for self and other Consultants and SpecialistsProvide timely project status update for all assigned tasksCollaborate with Project Manager to ensure key tasks are documented in the project plan, identify potential project risks in timely manner, and provide potential alternatives within domain expertiseEnsure all design documents undergo peer review process and participate in reviewing other’s design documents and configuration and provide timely feedback.Provide accurate estimates for all project opportunitiesParticipate in the interview process for new resources in the delivery team Client Interaction Represent Axsium to our clients in the following ways, mentoring the Axsium team as needed:  Present and always conduct yourself with confidence in a professional mannerDemonstrate the ability to navigate demanding situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if requiredLead and guide Axsium team in discussions and workshops with the clientKeep up to date on Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor landscape, and find opportunities for additional workDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients on projects Provide best practices and conduct WFM situation assessments to drive decision Provide insight to client on their domain expertiseAdministrationTimely and accurate submission of timecards and expense reportsProactively provide notification of availability and adhere to project assignment hoursComply with Axsium data security policies and Human Resources policiesCommunicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with peers, leadership, and all others at AxsiumEffectively use bench time for Axsium’s improvement and for personal developmentCulture Mentor, guide, and develop other Consultants and Specialists including holding weekly office hours for support, respond to internal support channels Contribute tothe sales cycle, project estimates and SOWs, partnering with internal sales account ownersAct as an ambassador for Axsium culture in personal presentation, commitment, and integrityTake personal ownership and accountability for individual ability to and C-level executives through discussion and presentation8+ years of workforce management consulting experience developing and executing workforce management, labor productivity or ERP, HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations strategies8+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies and vendors including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting and task management, vendor certifications are an assetDeadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to lead and guide clients and internal teams in the use of best practicesDatabase experience; SQL, Access, statistical software, and strong Excel capabilitiesExperience working with remote teams and on their own with minimal supervisionUniversity or college degree ideally in business, computer science, information systems or industrial engineeringAbility to travel domestically and internationally
