Principais responsabilidades/ atividades:

  • Realizar visitas de enfermagem programadas e extraordinárias aos pacientes em atendimento domiciliar.
  • Atender intercorrências clínicas, realizando avaliação, intervenções de enfermagem dentro de suas competências e acionamento médico quando necessário.
  • Realizar avaliação clínica, exame físico, monitoramento de sinais vitais e identificação de alterações no quadro do paciente.
  • Executar procedimentos privativos do enfermeiro, conforme prescrição e protocolos institucionais.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e registros de evolução de enfermagem com clareza, precisão e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Orientar técnicos de enfermagem e familiares quanto aos cuidados, respeitando suas respectivas competências.
  • Avaliar as condições do ambiente domiciliar e os recursos necessários à segurança do paciente.
  • Apoiar o Núcleo Assistencial na investigação de eventos adversos, reclamações e não conformidades.
  • Atender demandas externas encaminhadas pelo Núcleo Assistencial e pelo Plantão Operacional. Formação e pré-requisitos necessários:
  • Graduação completa em Enfermagem.
  • Pós-graduação em Urgência e Emergência, Terapia Intensiva, Atenção Domiciliar ou áreas correlatas.
  • Registro ativo e regular no COREN-SP.
  • Experiência prévia em assistência de enfermagem, preferencialmente em Home Care, pronto atendimento, urgência/emergência ou assistência a pacientes de média e alta complexidade.
  • Imprescidível: Carro próprio e disponibilidade de utilizá-lo para fins de trabalho
  • CNH válida
