Eine spezialisierte Boutique für S/4HANA und Finance-Transformationen. Kleine, exzellente Teams mit End-to-End Verantwortung von Blueprint bis Go-Live. Keine Folienberatung, sondern Hands-on Umsetzung mit fachlicher und technischer Tiefe.

Die Kultur ist geprägt von flachen Hierarchien, direkter Kommunikation und kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Berater:innen denken wie Unternehmer:innen, gestalten aktiv mit und treiben voran. Nicht nur umsetzen, was andere entschieden haben.

Das Setup

Du arbeitest an Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid Projekten und setzt Finance-Prozesse strategisch und operativ neu auf. Mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum, nicht nach Schablone. Du steuerst Projekte, entscheidest und lieferst, mit direktem Draht zu Fachbereich, IT und Management.

Office oder komplett remote, gemessen wird an Ergebnissen. Individuelle Karrierepfade und flexible Vergütung ohne "Up-or-Out" Logik. Transparenter Prozess mit klaren Rückmeldungen auf Augenhöhe.

Was du mitbringst

Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in SAP FI/CO mit und kennst die Prozesse aus dem Effeff. Dein Ownership-Mindset sorgt dafür, dass Probleme bei dir landen und gelöst werden. Du packst an, setzt um und lieferst Qualität, bei der "halbfertig" keine Option ist. Vor allem denkst du unternehmerisch: Du willst gestalten, nicht nur Anweisungen abarbeiten.

S/4HANA-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Entscheidend ist dein Drive.
