De mobiliteit in Nederland verandert snel. Bij Ayvens bouwen we dagelijks aan slimmere, duurzamere oplossingen voor onze klanten samen met onze partners en dealers. Voor OEM Partnerships zoeken we een Commercieel medewerker Partnerships die inhoudelijke kennis van automotive meebrengt en energie krijgt van de verbinding met klanten en én het versterken van het team.

Ayvens is de wereldwijde speler in mobiliteit. Wij herdefiniëren de mobiliteit van morgen met oplossingen waar vandaag om vraagt. Wij zijn er voor iedere leaser, zakelijk of privé, met voertuigen die variëren van (elektrische) auto tot e-bike. Zo maken we mobiliteit duurzamer, makkelijker en beter met elke kilometer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel medewerker Partnerships ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen dealers, OEM-partners en klanten. Je overziet het commerciële proces van A tot Z en tilt de dienstverlening en klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau. Met jouw ervaring signaleer je kansen, breng je structuur aan en werk je nauw samen met collega’s om samen het beste resultaat voor de klant te behalen.

Je bent niet alleen uitvoerend sterk, maar ook een prettige sparringpartner op inhoud en aanpak, met een sterke focus op samenwerking en klanttevredenheid.

Enkele van jouw werkzaamheden

  • Offerteaanvragen van dealers en klanten verwerken en opvolgen van aanvraag tot order om conversie te verhogen;
  • Coördineren en bewaken van het orderproces, inclusief afstemming met interne afdelingen;
  • Beantwoorden van klant- en dealervragen via in- en outbound telefoon en e-mail;
  • Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen binnen dealer- en OEM-partnerships, in samenwerking met onze Partner Managers;
  • Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving en actief meedenken binnen de customer journey;
  • Verhogen van klantretentie door tijdig sturen op renewals;
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte vastlegging van klant- en ordergegevens in onze systemen;
  • Actief bijdragen aan professionalisering van processen en werkwijze;
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportages, controles en audits.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante ervaring in automotive, leasing of mobiliteit (pré);
  • Commerciële drive en goed gevoel voor klant- en procesflow;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt makkelijk overzicht in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels;
  • Je herkent jezelf in de volgende kenmerken: authentiek, vastberaden, nieuwsgierig, accuraat, energiek, proactief, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer. ​

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Heb je ervaring in de automotive dan ligt het salaris tussen de €3.000,00 en €3.500,00 bruto op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring;
