Au sein de la Direction Commerciale d’Ayvens France et plus précisément au sein du marché Small Corporate & Large SME, ce sont plus de 150 collaborateurs de tous métiers confondus qui participent pleinement au développement commercial de notre activité.

Nos conseillers commerciaux y contribuent chaque jour en partant à la conquête de nouveaux prospects tout en étant proche de nos clients sur leurs attentes !

Vous aurez la charge du développement commercial. Vous disposez d’une casquette conquête avec un objectif de signatures de nouveaux clients sur le secteur.

Vos missions seront de :

  • Animer les réseaux d’apporteurs d’affaires et effectuer vis à vis de ces réseaux le reporting nécessaire,
  • Animer des distributeurs automobiles,
  • Conquérir, implémenter et développer au cours de la première année de relation un portefeuille de clients et prospects composé d’entreprises et d’associations sur un secteur géographique bien défini,
  • Réaliser les objectifs de volume et de marge fixés par Ayens en tenant compte de la politique commerciale,
  • Veiller à maintenir un nombre de prospects suffisant pour assurer ses objectifs de volume et de signatures,
  • Assurer le suivi des prospects dans le temps et tenir à jour les dossiers (relances régulières, mises à jour des fichiers)
  • Assurer les réponses aux appels d’offres selon les normes fixées par Ayvens.

ET SI C’ÉTAIT VOUS ?

Vous avez réalisé(e) des études dans le Commerce, une école d’Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur des fonctions commerciales B2B dans le domaine du Service.

  • Vous avez des compétences en développement et fidélisation de portefeuilles clients afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs fixés par votre direction (Fixe + Variable).
  • Permis B obligatoire, mise à disposition d’un véhicule de fonction.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'équipe, votre engagement, ténacité, votre sens des responsabilités et votre autonomie.
  • La connaissance du secteur de la Location Longue Durée serait un plus.
