DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

  • Leadership & Team Development: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres HR‑Operations‑Teams. Du coachst und entwickelst unsere HR-Administrators und Payroll Specialists weiter, führst Zielvereinbarungen und Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen durch und förderst eine Kultur von kontinuierlichem Feedback, Zusammenarbeit und Exzellenz.
  • Payroll-Excellence: Du verantwortest die reibungslose und rechtskonforme Gehaltsabrechnung – inklusive aller monatlichen und jährlichen Meldungen. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass alle steuer‑, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Anforderungen stets erfüllt sind, und entwickelst den Payroll‑Prozess kontinuierlich weiter.
  • HR-Administration & Prozessoptimierung: Du sorgst dafür, dass alle administrativen Personalprozesse effizient, präzise und serviceorientiert laufen – vom Arbeitsvertrag über Zeugnisse bis hin zu Bescheinigungen und Benefits. Gleichzeitig entwickelst und implementierst Du moderne, schlanke HR‑Operations‑Prozesse, die unsere Organisation nachhaltig unterstützen.
  • HRIS-Management & Digital HR: Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität in unseren HRIS Systemen (ins. Workday) sicher, treibst die Digitalisierung unserer HR‑Prozesse voran und implementierst neue Module und digitale Lösungen, die echte Mehrwerte schaffen.
  • Recruiting Operations & Onboarding: Du stellst sicher, dass das Recruiting und die Kommunikation mit unseren Bewerbern professionell läuft und wir ein strukturiertes, herzliches und wirkungsvolles Onboarding für neue Mitarbeitende haben und sie vom ersten Tag an für unser Unternehmen begeistern.
  • Projektgestaltung & HR Strategie: Du initiierst und leitest HR‑Projekte, du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse weiter und trägst aktiv zur Umsetzung unserer HR‑Strategie bei.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium – idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR‑Management, optimalerweise in der Führung eines HR‑Operations- und Payroll‑Teams.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer‑ und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Sicherheit in der Anwendung arbeitsrechtlicher Grundlagen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit dem HR-Informationensystem Workday
  • Eine hohe Affinität zu Innovation, neuen Technologien und digitalen HR‑Trends, die Du aktiv in moderne HR‑Prozesse übersetzt.
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Veränderungsmanagement, mit der Du Transformationsprozesse strukturiert und erfolgreich steuerst.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, um sicher mit internationalen Kolleg:innen und Schnittstellen zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, die Dir den souveränen Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen ermöglichen.
  • Reisebereitschaft zwischen Hamburg und Düsseldorf – mindestens einmal im Monat.
