Ayvens, het mobiliteitsmerk dat vanuit ALD Automotive en LeasePlan is ontstaan, is wereldwijd marktleider in het aanbieden van leasing, mobiliteitsadvies en ex-leaseauto’s. Wij zijn er voor iedere leaser, zakelijk of privé, met voertuigen die variëren van (elektrische) auto tot e-bike. Zo maken we mobiliteit duurzamer, makkelijker en beter met elke kilometer. Ons doel? Medewerker Claims Support II

Bij Ayvens in Nederland werken ruim 1000 collega’s met veel passie en plezier. Ook bij Team AMS. Wij behandelen vier verschillende type schades. Voor de schadedossiers van onze intern verzekerde klanten zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die in staat is om van A tot Z een dossier te behandelen

Wat ga je doen?

Als Claims Support II bij team Fast ben je voor Ayvens verantwoordelijk voor het volledig verhalen van de schade op de tegenpartij. Jij zorgt ervoor dat je bewijs verzamelt en de aansprakelijkheid beoordeelt o.b.v. wet-en regelgeving, en zodra je beoordeelt dat de tegenpartij aansprakelijk is, begint het echte werk! Je onderhoudt contact met de leaserijder, benadert getuigen en schakelt met de (verzekeraar van) de tegenpartij om schadekosten te verhalen. Teamwork is belangrijk voor je en je spart graag met collega's over lastige kwesties.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent oplossingsgericht en zorgt ervoor dat elke schadezaak efficiënt en zorgvuldig wordt afgehandeld. Je opereert als een echte casemanager: je beheert je eigen workload, werkt naar teamdoelen toe en zet alles op alles om kwaliteit te leveren

Wat ga je nog meer doen:

  • Zorgt voor diverse administratieve taken die helpen de schadebehandeling te bevorderen. Ook externe partijen vallen onder deze ondersteuning;
  • Onderhoud een goede communicatie en afstemming met de diverse teams binnen Ayvens;
  • Met het oog op efficiency signaleer jij onvolkomenheden, fouten en achterstanden. Je draagt graag bij aan een oplossing;
  • Naast je kerntaken adviseer en of help je ook je collega’s bij vragen over betalingen, systeemgebruik en postverwerking;
  • Je pakt graag je adviserende rol en vindt het leuk om feedback te geven en te ontvangen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het afwikkelen van regreszaken;
  • MBO+ of HBO-werk- en of denkniveau;
  • In staat om teamspirit te bevorderen. Je creëert een positieve en samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving waarin teamleden gemotiveerd zijn en goed kunnen samenwerken. Dit omvat het stimuleren van open communicatie, het delen van kennis en ervaringen, het waarderen van diversiteit en het bevorderen van een gevoel van saamhorigheid binnen het team;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met administratieve taken;
  • In staat planmatig en gestructureerd te werken;
  • Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
  • Communiceert effectief en duidelijk met teamleden, klanten en andere stakeholders;
  • Resultaatgericht en hebt een sterk gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent gericht op het behalen van meetbare resultaten. Je krijgt energie van het behalen van de (team en persoonlijke) doelen.

  • Salaris €3.031,00-€3.637,00 bruto op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring;
