Scopo della posizione:

La risorsa collaborerà con il team al fine di garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività operative inerenti al monitoraggio e alla gestione dei veicoli dopo la chiusura del contratto. Apprenderà come gestire il processo di addebito dei danni di fine locazione e si interfaccerà con il reparto logistica per verificare la movimentazione dei veicoli giunti a fine locazione.

Principali attività:

  • Supportare nelle verifiche quotidiane dei veicoli che devono essere trasportati dal punto di riconsegna verso i compound;
  • Collaborare con il team logistica;
  • Supportare il team nel monitoraggio della data di chiusura dei trasporti in termini di correttezza/coerenza con la data di arrivo ai compound comunicata da fornitore terzo;
  • Apprendere il processo di ripristino dei veicoli (aspetti documentali, doppie chiavi; veicoli rientrati da furto; veicoli con revisione scaduta e/ veicoli con allestimenti speciali e logotipi da disinstallare);
  • Supportare i colleghi che gestiscono le ispezioni, analizzando il tempo del processo dalla data di end of contract alla data del veicolo ready to sell;
  • Supportare nel monitoraggio dell’addebito danni di fine locazione;
  • Controllare le fatture passive inerenti ai processi gestiti all’interno dell’area di competenza;

Competenze/conoscenze soft e tecnico-specialistiche:

  • Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia, materie scientifiche
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint)
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Ottime capacità comunicative
  • Flessibilità
  • Dinamismo
