DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

Als wichtige Schnittstelle in unserem Legal Team sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe und eine zuverlässige Unterstützung unserer internen Ansprechpartner. Freue dich auf ein kollegiales Team, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und flexible Arbeitszeiten mit 20 oder 30 Wochenstunden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Legal-Teams im Tagesgeschäft als zentrale Teamassistenz (w/m/d) an den Standorten Düsseldorf oder Hamburg
  • Eigenständige Koordination und Nachverfolgung rechtlicher Vorgänge, Projekte und Fristen
  • Redaktionelle Überarbeitung von Verträgen und Vertragsvorlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Verantwortung für das Dokumenten-, Akten- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei Corporate-Governance-Themen sowie bei der Erstellung von Reporting
  • Professionelle Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Prüfung, Freigabe und Verwaltung von Rechnungen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Dienstreisen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (w/m/d), Notarfachangestellte (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Unternehmen, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder einer Kanzlei
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 und KI-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Interesse an Rechtsthemen und Projektmanagement
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
