Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Expert RIZIV en nomenclatuur om ons team te versterken. Als expert RIZIV en nomenclatuur ben je binnen de dienst tarificatie en facturatie het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met RIZIV materies en medische nomenclatuur. Je bent voortdurend op de hoogte van alle (juridische) ontwikkelingen in deze materie, alsook ben je vertrouwd met de techniciteit die hiermee gepaard gaat in het facturatieproces. Je vertaalt de geldende regels naar praktisch uitvoerbaar advies voor interne stakeholders (artsen, directie, diensthoofd tarificatie en facturatie, staf financiën, …) en doet proactief suggesties om dit financieel zo optimaal mogelijk te organiseren. - Je bezit een master- of bachelordiploma (bv. Master (toegepaste) economische wetenschappen, handelsingenieur, bachelor accountancy, enz.). - Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen de ziekenhuissector, bij voorkeur in een dienst tarificatie/facturatie, of in een andere organisatie waarbij je reeds vertrouwd bent geraakt met RIZIV materies en de werking van prestatiegeneeskunde. - Je kan vlot werken met MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring met OAZIS en KWS. - Je onderhoudt een netwerk binnen en buiten het ziekenhuis om zowel informatie te bekomen als te delen. - Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen. - Je toont initiatief, en kan zowel in team als individueel functioneren. - Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je kan inhoudelijk complexe materie vertalen naar interne klanten met een variërend kennisniveau. Hierbij kan je vlot hoofd- van bijzaak onderscheiden. - Je bent ‘service oriented’, je draagt een goede dienstverlening aan interne en externe klanten hoog in het vaandel. - Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig. Je escaleert problemen in de uitvoering van beoogde projecten en meldt dit proactief aan het diensthoofd facturatie en tarificatie, de Manager Financiën en CFO. - Je bent in staat om creatief om te gaan met abstracte materie, bijvoorbeeld in het aanreiken van alternatieve facturatiemogelijkheden.
