Ben je geboeid door rekrutering en selectie en wil je ontdekken hoe HR er in een groot ziekenhuis aan toe gaat? Krijg je energie van plannen, organiseren en contact met kandidaten? Dan biedt deze stage jou een unieke kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een enthousiast HR‑team.

Tijdens je stage krijg je de mogelijkheid om actief mee te werken aan de opvolging van jobstudenten en ondersteun je daarnaast de dagelijkse werking van de dienst Rekrutering & Selectie. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en een inkijk in het volledige rekruteringsproces binnen één van de grootste ziekenhuizen van Vlaanderen.

Jouw rol binnen AZ Delta

Als stagiair(e) Rekrutering & Selectie ondersteun je het HR‑team bij de planning en opvolging van jobstudenten. Daarnaast maak je kennis met diverse aspecten van rekrutering en selectie en krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan lopende HR‑projecten en administratieve processen.

Wat je doet

  • Meehelpen bij het opstellen en beheren van de planning van jobstudenten.
  • Contact onderhouden met jobstudenten over hun beschikbaarheden, planning en praktische afspraken.
  • Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR‑taken, zoals het opmaken en verwerken van documenten.
  • Feedback van jobstudenten verzamelen en relevante aandachtspunten terugkoppelen aan het HR‑team.
  • Ondersteunen bij de algemene werking van Rekrutering & Selectie.
  • Meehelpen bij de verwerking en opvolging van sollicitaties.
  • Kandidaten contacteren en ondersteunen bij het organiseren van sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Kennismaken met de werking van een professionele HR‑dienst binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving.

Wij kijken uit naar jou

  • Student in een opleiding Human Resources, Toegepaste Psychologie, Bedrijfsmanagement, Organisatie & Management of een andere relevante opleiding.
  • Interesse in rekrutering, selectie en personeelsbeheer.
  • Proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Vlotte communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
  • Kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel en Outlook) is een pluspunt.
