  • Als teamverantwoordelijke cafetaria sta je in voor zowel het leidinggeven aan het cafetariateam als voor het zelf actief meewerken in de cafetaria.
  • Jouw leidinggevende taken omvatten de werkplanning, kwaliteitscontroles, coaching en opleiding van (nieuwe) medewerkers, etc.
  • Je bent dé schakel tussen de cafetariamedewerkers en de dienstverantwoordelijke facilitaire diensten én speelt een essentiële rol in de dagelijkse uitvoering van de taken binnen de cafetaria, het waarborgen van hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen (HACCP) en het ontwikkelen van het team.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de cafetariamedewerkers en biedt ondersteuning bij praktische en operationele vraagstukken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een cafetariafunctie, bij voorkeur in een ziekenhuisomgeving.
  • Ervaring met leiding geven of een klein team aansturen is een must.
