Teams van verpleegkundigen, chirurgen, anesthesisten en administratief medewerkers werken dagelijks samen om de beste zorgen te bieden. Is werken in een technische omgeving iets voor jou waar je zorgt voor een verschillende patiëntenpopulatie? Functieomschrijving Het operatiekwartier is een sterk evoluerende en boeiende dienst. Als verpleegkundige ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit: - Je start op de operatiezaal als anesthesie-omloopverpleegkundige. Na een inloopperiode word je toegewezen aan de cluster urologie-neurologie. - Je verleent kwalitatieve verpleegkundige en technische zorg aan perioperatieve patiënten. - Je ondersteunt en assisteert anesthesisten en chirurgen bij de voorbereiding van de patiënt op de operatiezaal, bij inductie, tijdens en na de chirurgische ingreep. Je bent in staat om de evolutie van de patiënt zowel in positieve als negatieve richting goed in te schatten. - Je werkt constructief mee en denkt mee na over een optimale werking van het operatiekwartier. Uiteraard beschik je over goede verpleegtechnische vaardigheden. Maar we verwachten ook een respectvolle en vriendelijke houding tegenover elke patiënt. Ook heel belangrijk: - Je genoot een opleiding tot bachelor in de verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde. - Je kan de aan jou toevertrouwde handelingen zelfstandig uitvoeren. - Je bent leergierig en positief ingesteld. - Ervaring is een troef.
