Dan vind je op onze dienst Opnameplanning en Preoperatieve raadpleging de perfecte combinatie van coördinatie en patiëntenzorg. Functieomschrijving Als verpleegkundige binnen de dienst Opnameplanning en Preoperatieve Raadpleging speel je een sleutelrol in het vlotte verloop van het zorgtraject van onze patiënten. Je coördineert geplande en acute opnames in nauwe samenwerking met patiënten, artsen, verpleegafdelingen, het operatiekwartier en andere ondersteunende diensten, zodat elke patiënt op het juiste moment de juiste zorg krijgt. Daarnaast begeleid je patiënten tijdens hun opnamevoorbereiding en preoperatieve raadpleging, verzamel je de nodige medische en verpleegkundige informatie, organiseer je eventuele aanvullende onderzoeken en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent, klinische expertise en warme, patiëntgerichte aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening. Je bent een topper in plannen en organiseren, en beschikt daarbij over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig, flexibel en positief ingesteld. Natuurlijk ga je op een vlotte en vriendelijke manier om met patiënten en hun familie. Werk je graag samen met collega’s? Dan ben je van harte welkom op onze dienst! Ook belangrijk: - Je beschikt over het diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of het diploma HBO5 verpleegkunde - Je hebt minstens 5 jaar recente ervaring in een ziekenhuis.
