Wil je jouw farmaceutische expertise inzetten binnen een innovatieve ziekenhuisomgeving? Werk je graag samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners om kwaliteitsvolle en veilige patiëntenzorg te ondersteunen? Heb je daarnaast interesse in klinische farmacie, projectwerking en continue verbetering? Dan is deze functie als ziekenhuisapotheker misschien wel iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als ziekenhuisapotheker maak je deel uit van een team van 11 apothekers en draag je mee bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en patiëntgerichte farmaceutische zorgverlening.

  • Je staat mee in voor het ter beschikking stellen van geneesmiddelen, implantaten en medische hulpmiddelen aan patiënten, conform de geldende regelgeving en procedures.
  • Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding van cytostatica, steriele en magistrale bereidingen.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt apotheekassistenten in de dagelijkse werking en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team
  • Vanuit jouw expertise verstrek je farmaceutisch advies aan zorgverleners en draag je bij aan een veilig en doordacht geneesmiddelengebruik
  • Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinair overleg en werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere disciplines binnen het ziekenhuis.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van klinische farmacie en innovatieve projecten binnen de ziekenhuisapotheek. De implementatie van een 24u volautomatisch en gedigitaliseerd distributiesysteem dat een 100% end-to-end traceerbaarheid van de medicatie garandeert. De organisatie van farmaceutische bereidingen volgens de PIC/S normering in een nieuwe cleanroom. De verdere uitbouw van klinische farmacie, niet alleen in het ziekenhuis, maar ook transmuraal in samenwerking met o.a. de huisartsen.
  • Samen met het team verzeker je de continuïteit van de farmaceutische zorg via deelname aan de wachtdiensten.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de hoofdapotheker.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen.
  • Een postuniversitair diploma ziekenhuisfarmacie vormt een meerwaarde
  • Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving is een troef, net als kennis van ziekenhuisinformatiesystemen en apotheeksoftware (bv. Zorgi).
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamwerking
  • Dankzij jouw heldere communicatiestijl weet je complexe informatie op een toegankelijke manier over te brengen
  • Kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en patiëntveiligheid staan centraal in hetgeen je doet.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en stelt vlot de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Verandering schrikt je niet af. Integendeel, je denkt graag mee na over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en optimalisaties.
