Het team Balie Spoedgevallen staat 24/7 klaar voor de administratieve inschrijving van patiënten op de spoedafdeling van zowel campus Sint-Elisabeth als campus Sint-Jozef. Daarnaast beantwoorden zij het interne en externe telefoonverkeer. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 20 medewerkers.

Door onze grootte kunnen we inzetten op verschillende specialisaties en voortdurend investeren in nieuwe technologieën en innovaties. Zo bieden we onze medewerkers talloze leerkansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Maar wat ons echt onderscheidt is onze warme, gemoedelijke sfeer. We vinden het belangrijk dat niet enkel patiënten maar ook medewerkers zich Gast voelen in ons Huis.

In 2027 beginnen we te bouwen aan ons ‘Gasthuis in het groen’: een gloednieuw ziekenhuis op campus Sint-Jozef waar we alle diensten van de huidige twee campussen samenbrengen.

Functie

  • Je werkt op beide campussen van AZ Turnhout.
  • Je onthaalt patiënten aan het loket van Spoedgevallen en zorgt voor een correcte inschrijving. Je verzorgt de volledige patiëntenadministratie op deze dienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van spoeddossiers.
  • Je beantwoordt het interne en externe telefoonverkeer van het ziekenhuis.
  • Je neemt administratieve taken voor je rekening, zoals het bijhouden van wachtlijsten, kopieer- en klasseerwerk, en de supervisie van diverse bewakings- en alarmsystemen.
  • Je werkt 60%, 75%, 80%, 90% of voltijds (bespreekbaar). Omwille van je opleiding, werk je gedurende je opstartperiode tijdelijk meer (vb. 2 maanden aan 80% of 1 maand voltijds).
  • Je werkt in shiften (vroege, late, dag- & nachtdiensten).
  • Je werkt in dagen van 6 of 8 uur (afhankelijk van je arbeidsbreuk).
  • Je werkt één weekend op drie.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Relevante administratieve ervaring in een gelijkaardige context is een troef.Je kan werken in een dynamische omgeving en blijft altijd patiënt- en oplossingsgericht.Je werkt efficiënt & nauwkeurig, zelfs onder druk.Je weet patiënten en bezoekers op een warme, positieve en vriendelijke manier te onthalen, zodat ze zich ‘gast in ons huis’ voelen.Je ben communicatief vaardig en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels.Je bent flexibel en bezit de nodige dosis organisatietalent.Je hebt een goede computervaardigheid en kan vlot overweg met informaticatoepassingen.Je vindt je helemaal terug in de BIOS-waarden van AZ Turnhout, die je kan terugvinden op onze website.
