Onze technische dienst is met een 24-tal medewerkers verantwoordelijk voor de technische bedrijfszekerheid van AZ Turnhout zodat een kwalitatieve en veilige patiëntenzorg 24/7 gegarandeerd kan worden.

De technisch directeur, ondersteund door een stafmedewerker, diensthoofden, een administratief medewerker en het ganse team technische medewerkers zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor het technisch onderhoud, beheer en vernieuwing van de gebouwen, infrastructuur, installaties en (medische) apparaten van zowel campus Sint-Elisabeth als campus Sint-Jozef. Het is misschien niet altijd even zichtbaar maar de medewerkers van de technische dienst vormen zo achter de schermen een onmisbare schakel om alle diensten van het ziekenhuis draaiende te houden.

Als technieker kom je terecht in een hoog-technische en complexe ziekenhuisomgeving waar je fungeert als contactpersoon voor het dagelijks onderhoud van je zones binnen het ziekenhuis. Je passie bestaat erin om zelfstandig en met het nodige initiatief een variatie aan technische probleemsituaties te analyseren en op te lossen. Op die manier bouw je een nauwe band op met AZT medewerkers en streef je een hoog niveau van professionele dienstverlening na.

In 2027 beginnen we te bouwen aan ons ‘Gasthuis in het groen’: een gloednieuw ziekenhuis op campus Sint-Jozef waar we alle diensten van de huidige twee campussen samenbrengen.

Functie

  • Je staat, onder de dagelijkse leiding van het diensthoofd technische dienst, in voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van installaties, (medische) apparatuur en de infrastructuur op campus Sint-Elisabeth van AZ Turnhout.
  • Je werkt enthousiast mee aan het behandelen van herstelaanvragen, werkopdrachten en het verhelpen van storingen. Daarnaast sta je tevens in voor preventieve controles en onderhoudstaken aan apparatuur en installaties.
  • Je werkt voltijds met vaste daguren (8u-16.30u). Na een inwerkperiode participeer je mee in de wachtdienst (1 week per 7 weken ben je 24/7 oproepbaar). Woon-werkverkeer moet toelaten om maximaal binnen 30 minuten na oproep aanwezig te zijn.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een A2-diploma elektriciteit, elektromechanica of elektronica én over een rijbewijs B. Je hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren relevante werkervaring.Je bezit een grondige basiskennis van elektriciteit maar bent daarnaast ook voldoende “allround” inzetbaar op vlak van mechanica, HVAC installaties, meet-en regeltechnieken, sanitair, telefonie enz. Het schrikt je niet af om je kennis via zelfstudie en/of opleidingen verder uit te bouwen in de domeinen waarmee je minder vertrouwd bent. Computer-vaardigheid is een belangrijk pluspunt.Je werkt technisch en administratief nauwkeurig, ordelijk en georganiseerd. Je bent niet tevreden met half werk!Je bent betrokken, “ziet werk” en legt een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen aan de dag. Daarnaast ben je evenzeer een teamspeler.Je bent voldoende inlevend en flexibel om prioriteiten te stellen en bij te sturen waar nodig.Je staat open voor verandering en vernieuwing i.f.v. evoluties binnen de werkcontext.
