The posting

  • Werken op onze afdeling inwendige betekent kiezen voor afwisseling, uitdaging en brede verpleegkundige expertise. Je begeleidt patiënten binnen de cardiologie, pneumologie en neurologie en maakt deel uit van een hecht team waar kwaliteitsvolle zorg en collegialiteit centraal staan. Op deze afdeling is er ook een stroke unit, een midcare zone, een slaaplabo en een zone met telemetrie bewaking. Dankzij de combinatie van boeiende specialismen krijg je de kans om dagelijks een verschil te maken voor je patiënten.

Jouw taken:

  • Je biedt kwalitatieve, veilige en patiëntgerichte zorg, afgestemd op de individuele behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Je begeleidt patiënten tijdens hun opname en staat hen bij met deskundige zorg en een luisterend oor.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, hoofdverpleegkundigen, collega-verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners om de best mogelijke zorg te garanderen.
  • Je communiceert helder en respectvol met patiënten en hun familieleden en zorgt voor de nodige informatie en ondersteuning.
  • Je registreert zorgactiviteiten correct en discreet in het elektronisch patiëntendossier.
  • Je denkt actief mee over kwaliteitsverbetering en optimalisatie van de zorgprocessen op de afdeling.
  • Jij bent een zorgprofessional met een hart voor patiënten en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma (basis)verpleegkunde.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Je bent empathisch, patiëntgericht en respectvol in de omgang met patiënten, familieleden en collega's.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinaire omgeving.
  • Je staat open voor vernieuwing, bijscholing en persoonlijke groei.
