az es un estudio jurídico de prestigio que está viviendo un momento de transformación fundamental. Buscamos a la persona que lidere este cambio desde la tecnología y los datos, con impacto real en la forma en que se practica el derecho.

Objetivo del cargo

Transformar la operativa del estudio mediante la implementación estratégica de herramientas tecnológicas, la optimización de costos de infraestructura y la creación de una cultura basada en datos. Serás el puente entre la práctica legal y la eficiencia digital, reportando directamente al Comité de Tecnología.

Responsabilidades principales

— Gestión de IA y adopción: Liderar el despliegue de herramientas de inteligencia artificial (Magnar, Perplexity, Claude, entre otras), desde la configuración técnica hasta el onboarding de los abogados. El éxito se mide por el porcentaje de uso real y su impacto en las áreas de práctica.

— Business Intelligence: Diseñar y mantener dashboards (Power BI o similar) que den visibilidad inmediata a la gestión comercial y operativa. Extraer datos de sistemas actuales para generar reportes de impacto, o liderar a equipos externos que apoyen esta tarea.

— Eficiencia y costos TI: Supervisar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos críticos, identificar redundancias de software y proponer migraciones que reduzcan costos sin afectar la operación.

— Optimización de procesos: Identificar puntos de dolor en el back-office y las áreas legales para implementar automatizaciones (Low-code/No-code) que liberen tiempo facturable.

Requisitos

Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Informática, Ingeniería Comercial o Abogado/a con fuerte inclinación tecnológica. Deseable MSc en Innovación o similar.

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, consultoría de procesos o áreas de operaciones. Se valora especialmente experiencia en empresas de servicios profesionales (estudios jurídicos, consultoras, auditoras).

Conocimientos técnicos: Dominio intermedio/avanzado de herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI ideal), entendimiento de arquitecturas de datos y APIs (orientado a integración, no a programación), y familiaridad con el ecosistema de IA generativa.
