Job Title: Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

Job summary:

We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Sales professional. This is a permanent position offering a significant opportunity to contribute to continued growth and success within the investment sales market. You will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investment properties.
  • Perform thorough due diligence, including market research, property analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and present compelling investment proposals and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Negotiate deal terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales forecasts.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in private banking, investment sales, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with due diligence processes and market research.
  • Proficiency in property analysis and understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Skills & Languages

  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent sales forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for client management and sales tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to deal negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Experience with specific investment property types or market segments.
  • Additional certifications in finance or real estate.
