Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

A start-up company, a pioneer in high-performance food flavor concentrates and the first of its kind in Jordan, is looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its brand and commercial relaunch. The compensation package includes a salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the multi-phase relaunch strategy across Shopify, social media, and WhatsApp
  • Driving B2C growth, with secondary B2B growth among bakeries, pastry chefs, and dessert shops, through digital media and performance marketing
  • Overseeing stock, inventory, warehouse management, and shipping logistics
  • Managing relationships with marketing agencies, software vendors, logistics partners, suppliers, and consultants
  • Managing budgets and channel margins, and building teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, International Management, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or Senior Business Unit Lead in retail and e-commerce, preferably in food ingredients, FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care
  • Strong background in digital media channels, direct-to-consumer (D2C) acquisition, and brand launches
  • Track record of managing multi-phase rollouts across e-commerce, retail, or distribution expansion
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, suppliers, consultants, and logistics partners
  • Solid understanding of inventory planning and regional logistics across Jordan and the Middle East
  • Strong strategic vision, commercial mindset, and entrepreneurial drive
