Werken in AZORG, da's zorg met ambitie. Voor de SP-dienst neurologie en geriatrie op campus Geraardsbergen zoeken we een logopedist op zelfstandige basis om tijdelijk een collega tijdens haar zwangerschapsafwezigheid te vervangen. Je begeleidt patiënten met communicatie-, spraak-, taal-, stem- en slikproblemen binnen een multidisciplinaire revalidatieomgeving.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als logopedist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren, diagnosticeren en behandelen van patiënten met logopedische problemen. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen, kinesitherapeuten, ergotherapeuten en andere paramedici om patiënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.

Concreet:

  • Voer je logopedische onderzoeken uit en stel je diagnoses bij taal-, spraak-, stem- en slikstoornissen.
  • Werk je individuele behandeltrajecten uit en volg je de evolutie van patiënten op.
  • Adviseer en informeer je patiënten, familieleden en andere betrokken zorgverleners.
  • Rapporteer je bevindingen nauwkeurig in het patiëntendossier en verzorg je de nodige administratieve opvolging.
  • Neem je actief deel aan multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Draag je bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team en blijf je je professioneel ontwikkelen.

Wie ben jij?Je beschikt over een diploma professionele bachelor of master logopedie.Je bent erkend als logopedist door het Agentschap Zorg en Gezondheid.Ervaring binnen neurologische revalidatie of acute neurologie is een meerwaarde.Je werkt graag multidisciplinair samen.Je communiceert helder en patiëntgericht.Je bent empathisch, kwaliteitsbewust en neemt initiatief.Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.
