Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een Medical Management Assistant voor het Niercentrum, op campus Moorselbaan.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Ben jij een administratieve kracht met een warm hart voor patiënten? Word jij blij van een vlekkeloos onthaal, perfect ingeplande afspraken en vlot lopende telefonie? Dan is deze functie als Medisch Management Assistent in het Niercentrum precies wat je zoekt!

Jouw rol is cruciaal voor het zorgproces!

  • Onthaal & telefonie: Jij bent het vriendelijke gezicht (én stem) van onze dienst. Je beantwoordt vragen, plant consultaties in en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je weet waar de prioriteiten liggen voor de goeie werking van onze dienst.
  • Afspraken beheren: Met jouw organisatorisch talent weet jij steeds wie waar wanneer moet zijn. Jij maakt de planning sluitend, zowel voor patiënten als zorgverleners.
  • Teamspeler met zelfstandigheid: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van het secretariaat, de verpleegkundigen en de artsen. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt alles op rolletjes. Je neemt ook deel aan werkgroepen en teamvergaderingen.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je volgt medische dossiers administratief op en verwerkt medische verslagen foutloos.
  • Afdelingspecifieke taken: je verzorgt het aanleggen en uitlezen van bloeddrukapparaten, volgt de onderzoeken van nierpatiënten op en voorziet een correcte tarrificatie.

Wie ben jij?Je hebt een diploma (medisch) secretariaat of office-management op zak. Ervaring en/of kennis van de medische wereld is een pluspunt, maar geen must.Je hebt ervaring in een veelzijdige, administratieve functie.Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en bent leergierig om nieuwe systemen snel eigen te maken. Kennis van KWS en OAZIS zijn een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must.Je bent empathisch, flexibel, nauwgezet en professioneel. Je gaat zorgvuldig om met gevoelige informatie.Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Zorgen zit in jouw bloed. Je herkent jezelf in de waarden van onze organisatie.Je bent een ware teamplayer, maar kan ook perfect zelfstandig aan de slag.
