Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:O Tripulante integrará o time de Excelência e Projetos Logísticaem nossa base de VCP, que fica localizada em Campinas/SP. Monitorar e analisar indicadores de qualidade, identificando desvios e não conformidades, realizando análises de causa raiz e estruturando planos de ação para eliminação dos problemas. Desenvolver e revisar procedimentos, padrões operacionais e controles, promovendo a disseminação de boas práticas e soluções entre as diferentes operações;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos dos TECAs, Lojas e da rede operacional, conduzindo iniciativas por meio de ferramentas como PDCA, Kaizen, 5 Porquês, Diagrama de Ishikawa, Pareto e metodologias Lean e Six Sigma;

Analisar indicadores de produtividade, Turn Around Time (TAT), Service Level Agreement (SLA), capacidade, retrabalho e eficiência operacional, identificando causas de perdas e propondo soluções para melhoria dos resultados. Desenvolver análises, dashboards e relatórios gerenciais, transformando dados operacionais em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão;

Conduzir projetos de melhoria de média complexidade, desde a definição do problema e diagnóstico até a implementação, mensuração dos ganhos e sustentação dos resultados. Acompanhar ações corretivas e iniciativas de melhoria contínua, garantindo a definição de responsáveis, prazos, evidências e a validação da efetividade das ações;

Mapear processos de ponta a ponta, identificando gargalos, desperdícios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria, propondo soluções que aumentem a eficiência operacional e reduzam a variabilidade e o retrabalho;

Atuar diretamente junto às operações, observando processos, validando causas identificadas por meio da análise de dados e desenvolvendo soluções alinhadas à realidade operacional;

Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Operações, Segurança, Planejamento, Tecnologia e demais áreas de apoio, influenciando e apoiando a implementação de melhorias e a evolução dos processos.Requisitos e qualificações

O que precisa trazer na Bagagem (Pré-requisitos):Ensino superior completo em: Logística, Administração de Empresas, Estatística ou Áreas Correlatas;Pacote Office avançado;Conhecimento em banco de dados, especialmente SQL e Access;Conhecimento em automação de dados (VBA, Power Query e Ferramentas equivalentes);Conhecimento em construção de dashboards;Certificação Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em VCP, Campinas/SP, e viagens eventuais.Será um diferencial se tiver:Experiência prática em gestão de projetos ou gestão da qualidade, business intelligence ou análise de dados aplicada à operação;Experiência prática em operações logísticas, terminais de carga, transportes ou aviação;Formação em metodologias ágeis;Power BI avançado;Inglês em nível intermediário, com capacidade de leitura e interpretação de documentos, relatórios e materiais técnicos.Curtiu nosso desafio?
