Toda vez que olhar para o céu para sonhar, nós estaremos lá. #OCéudoBrasilÉAzulJá pensou em continuar decolando sua carreira na Melhor Companhia Aérea do Mundo? 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:O Tripulante integrará o time de CTM em nossa matriz VCP, que fica localizada em Campinas/São Paulo.Liderar a área de Controle Técnico de Manutenção, assegurando a conformidade com requisitos ANAC, políticas internas e diretrizes dos fabricantes da frota Azul, incluindo Airbus, Embraer e ATR.Garantir o acompanhamento contínuo da aeronavegabilidade das aeronaves, controlando horas, ciclos, limites de inspeção, tarefas programadas, componentes críticos e diretrizes de aeronavegabilidade (ADs).Supervisionar o controle e rastreabilidade de componentes, motores, APU e equipamentos instalados, garantindo histórico técnico conforme exigências regulatórias.Coordenar a emissão e revisão de ordens de serviço, logbooks, relatórios de manutenção e demais registros obrigatórios, garantindo precisão e integridade documental.Atuar de forma próxima com Engenharia, Manutenção, Hangar, Qualidade, Frotas, Operações e fornecedores externos, mantendo fluxo de informação técnico-regulatório alinhado.Apoiar análises e investigações técnicas relacionadas a discrepâncias, eventos operacionais e questões de segurança.Apoiar atividades de recebimento e devolução de aeronaves.Participar de auditorias internas, ANAC e IOSA, garantindo cumprimento de requisitos e gestão efetiva de não conformidades.Gerenciar contratos com fornecedores e prestadores de serviço.Contribuir na estratégia de planejamento e gestão de recursos visando eficiência operacional, redução de atrasos técnicos e aumento da disponibilidade da frota.Promover a capacitação contínua da equipe, estimulando ambiente colaborativo, seguro e alinhado à cultura Azul.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisa trazer na Bagagem (Pré-requisitos):Ensino superior completo (Engenharia ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial).Experiência sólida em Controle Técnico de Manutenção, Garantia de Qualidade ou Gestão de Aeronavegabilidade Continuada.Conhecimento aprofundado de regulamentos RBAC 121, 135, 145 e 43.Experiência com grandes frotas e múltiplas configurações será considerado diferencial.Perfil de liderança, visão sistêmica, capacidade analítica e forte orientação para resultado e segurança operacional.Inglês fluente.Disponibilidade para viagens.Curtiu nosso desafio?
