Als technisch expert ondersteun je klanten en collega's bij complexere vragen en dossiers binnen Life en pensioenen.

Concreet:

  • Je behandelt complexere vragen van klanten en collega's rond levensverzekeringen en pensioenen.
  • Je specialiseert je binnen het team in tweede pijler pensioenen en bouwt hierin doorgedreven expertise op.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften en situatie van klanten en vertaalt deze naar passende verzekerings- en pensioenoplossingen.
  • Je vergelijkt oplossingen van verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen en adviseert klanten over de mogelijkheden.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun keuze en legt complexe pensioen- en verzekeringsmaterie op een begrijpelijke manier uit.
  • Je overlegt met verzekeringsmaatschappijen om geschikte oplossingen voor klanten uit te werken.
  • Je volgt je dossiers administratief en inhoudelijk zorgvuldig op in de interne beheersystemen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met commerciële en technische collega's.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen levensverzekeringen en aanvullende pensioenen op en houdt je vakkennis up-to-date.

We zoeken iemand met een goede kennis binnen levensverzekeringen en aanvullende pensioenen die zich verder wil ontwikkelen als specialist in tweede pijler pensioenen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, mondeling én schriftelijk. Je bent in staat gesprekken te voeren met klanten in beide landstalen.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen levensverzekeringen, pensioenproducten of een aanverwant domein.
  • Ervaring met tweede pijler pensioenen is een must-have.
  • Je hebt interesse in pensioenmaterie en bent gemotiveerd om hierin doorgedreven expertise op te bouwen.
  • Je bent analytisch en krijgt energie van complexere inhoudelijke dossiers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent klantgericht en kunt technische materie helder en toegankelijk uitleggen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende commerciële feeling om vanuit de behoeften van de klant naar een geschikte oplossing te zoeken..
