Damit unsere Standorte erfolgreich laufen und wir weiter wachsen können, suchen wir dich als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit aus der Gastronomie, die operative Stärke mit unternehmerischem Denken verbindet und Freude daran hat, mehrere Standorte und ihre Teams erfolgreich zu führen.

Dein Gebiet umfasst unsere Standorte rund um Dortmund, Kamen, Iserlohn, Paderborn und Osnabrück.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst mehrere Standorte: Du verantwortest die operative und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung deiner Region – von Umsatz und Kosten über Personaleinsatz bis hin zu Qualität und Prozessen
  • Du führst Menschen: Du gewinnst und bindest Mitarbeitende, sorgst für eine reibungslose Einarbeitung und triffst klare Personalentscheidungen
  • Du bist präsent: Du bist regelmäßig an deinen Standorten, kennst die Herausforderungen vor Ort und packst mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • Du sicherst unsere Standards: Du stellst unsere Qualität-, Service- und Markenstandards sicher und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse im Alltag funktionieren
  • Du entwickelst deine Region weiter: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale, steuerst Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung und begleitest neue Standorte beim Aufbau
  • Du arbeitest bereichsübergreifend: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Leiter und der Servicezentrale entwickelst du Lösungen, verbesserst Abläufe und stärkst die Zufriedenheit deines Teams und Gästen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer leitenden Position der System- oder Filialgastronomie (z. B. Regionalleitung, Area Manager-Multi-Unit-Leitung, Betriebsleitung mehrerer Standorte)
  • Du verstehst die Herausforderungen des Mulit-Unit-Managements und kannst betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen lesen, bewerten und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ableiten
  • Du bist eine empathische und überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit, gibst Orientierung und kannst Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnen
  • Du handelst unternehmerisch, triffst Entscheidungen und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Du bist gerne vor Ort, bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region mit und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl
