Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Marketingleitung im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Koordination von Terminen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung projektspezifischer Themen, beispielsweise im Bereich Spenden- und Sponsoring, Kooperationen mit öffentlichen Gesichtern sowie der Vergabe von Aktionstüten
  • Organisation und Teilnahme bei Veranstaltungen/Marketingaktionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle sowie Community-Managemen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern/Agenturen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Werbekampagnen
  • Buchung von Print-Anzeigen für Neueröffnungen und Personalmarketing

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing, in der Assistenz oder im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse an Social Media, Markenkommunikation und regionalem Marketing
