Ihre Aufgaben

  • Optimierung der Personalplanung: Überprüfen und Anpassen der Einsatzpläne in unseren Filialen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Personaleinsatzstrategie.
  • Schichtänderungen: Anpassungen der Mitarbeiter-Schichten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem.
  • Stellvertretender Ansprechpartner für Krankmeldungen: Unterstützende Tätigkeit bei der Erfassung von Krankmeldungen im Zeitwirtschaftssystem.
  • Schichtbesetzung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichsleitern zur optimalen Besetzung der Schichten.
  • Koordination des Springer-Teams: Effiziente Planung und Einsatz unseres Springer-Teams zur Unterstützung in verschiedenen Bereichen.
  • Spesenabrechnungen: Erstellung und Verwaltung von Spesenabrechnungen für Mitarbeiter.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten: Hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Organisation und Priorisierung von Aufgaben.
  • Belastbarkeit: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Fähigkeit, sich nahtlos in bestehende Teams zu integrieren und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Freundlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke: Offenes Ohr für Mitarbeiteranliegen und starke telefonische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen sind erforderlich.
  • Wochenendarbeit: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden im Rotationssystem.

Stelleninformationen:

  • Einsatzort: Firmenzentrale in Ludwigshafen-Rheingönheim
  • Arbeitszeit:

Kernarbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag von 7:30 bis 16:00 Uhr

Folgende Arbeitszeiten werden im Rotationsystem innerhalb des Teams eingeteilt.

Frühdienst: Montag bis Freitag von 05:00 bis 13:30 Uhr

Wochenendarbeit: samstags und sonntags von 5:00 bis 13:00 Uhr
